I used to dream about working for myself, but I was always worried I wouldn’t have what it takes to run a business. With the help of my mentors and coaches, I finally got the courage to open my own training and coaching company. Now I use my experiences to help others start and grow their own successful businesses, develop their own individual talents and assist with building their teams to achieve goals.

Why do I focus on communication skills? Well...From a very young age I recognized how poor communication negatively affected my own family and my relationships with friends, colleagues and peers. Communication shapes attitudes, creates stereotyping and can often result in misunderstandings.
I made a commitment to myself – to make it my mission to help others. Others who had similar experiences to me to those who feel anxious when communicating the right message to the right people.

- Since 1996 I have trained, coached and helped thousands of people develop their communication skills and turn their anxiety into clarity. I have addressed many audiences on international stages, in boardrooms/training rooms and on the virtual platform as a professional speaker and facilitator– sharing my knowledge, motivating and inspiring others.
- I was honoured to share a virtual stage with people like Robin Banks, Cobus Visser, Mr Dongo, Oscar Emetai, Coach Phil, Susana Kennedy, Anthony Wachira and many more.
- I have worked with some incredible coaches and mentors who have helped me with my own personal growth as I am a passionate student of life and this has helped me to help others.
