I am a successful, mature, confident, vibrant, positive, energetic, motivated and bubbly person. I love challenges and working with all levels of people on different tasks, workshops and projects.
I have the ability to convey my energy and positive attitude into any intervention that I get involved in.

Experienced business owner, facilitator, coach and mentor with a demonstrated history of working in the education, leadership and management industry.
- Since 1996 I have trained, coached and helped thousands of people develop their leadership and communication skills and turn their anxiety into clarity. I have addressed many audiences on international stages, in boardrooms/training rooms and on the virtual platform as a professional speaker and facilitator– sharing my knowledge, motivating and inspiring others.
- I was honoured to share a virtual stage with people like Robin Banks, Cobus Visser, Mr Dongo, Oscar Emetai, Coach Phil, Susana Kennedy, Anthony Wachira and many more.
- I have worked with some incredible coaches and mentors who have helped me with my own personal growth as I am a passionate student of life. This has helped me to help others.
- I am proud to be an HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) Practitioner and facilitator - since 2003.
